What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours.
Why isn't my browser working with your site?
Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Netscape 3.02, or Microsoft IE 3.02 (or more recent versions of either). Version 3.01 of both browsers incorrectly displays "transfer interrupted" when retrieving information from our databases. For AOL users, either the 3.0 or 4.0 AOL client for PCs or the 4.0 AOL client for Macs is recommended. Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies."

How do I know if ordering online is secure? What are you going to do with my name and order information?

When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the page and an unbroken key or lock at the bottom left corner of the page. TheInteriorGallery.com does not rent or sell information we get from Web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties.
How do I order online?
We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to order. When shopping online, simply add an item to your order from any product page by selecting a size, a color, a quantity and clicking "add item." And, of course, you can always e-mail us your phone number, a convenient time to call, what the issue is and one of our representatives will get back with you if you have any questions. Can items be shipped internationally?
No, We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Are gift-wrapping and gift cards available for products I buy online?
We currently do not offer gift-wrapping online.
Can I return something I bought online?
It's easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on a separate piece of paper. Please repack your order, enclose the packing slip, reason for returning the item, insure the package and mail it to:
